of these outstanding books were originally published shortly after World War
II and/or Korea and were actually written and compiled while the units were
obtained the rights to duplicate these 50-year old books, BP reprints the original
book with the improved quality paper for photographic clarity, stronger bindings
and more attractive covers available today. Most BP books are printed in limited
quantity-as are the Turner books-usually 500-1,000, which makes them collectors
items the day they are printed.
With few exceptions, Battery Press and Turner unit history books
can not be found in bookstores because of the limited publication of each volume.
